our prices do not include: lift passes (except when bought as a package), accident insurance during lessons or equipment hire.
group lessons and courses run on the basis of a minimum of 6 people participating of the same standard (4 for snowshoeing)
lessons may only take place after payment is made
requests for a refund will only be considered if they are arrive by recorded delivery at least 48 hours before the lesson start date.
refunds will not be given in the event of loss of the lesson card
lost lift passes will not be replaced in any event.
a 15€ administrative charge applies to changes to existing bookings.
the ESF reserves the right to modify or cancel certain classes in the event of inclement weather, mechanical problems or other unforeseen circumstances. The instructors may not be held responsible for any such problem.
if the ESF is responsible for a cancellation only the value of this booking will be refunded. No other claim for compensation will be considered.
Image rights: by booking with us you are deemed to accept that any images taken featuring you and the ESF Morzine may be used in future marketing material.
